Limoncello liqueur is produced by extracting lemon peel in alcohol, in the traditional way that has been passed down from generation to generation for years. The peels are carefully cleaned so that no trace of the bitter white inside is left. Then they are placed together with alcohol in stainless steel tanks, so that the alcohol gets the substances, the aroma and the color of the fruit. Then syrup is added to make the liqueur. This is followed by the filtration and bottling of the liqueur.Transparent, aromatic and very enjoyable, limoncello liqueur is served iced as a digestive drink after every meal.
